The Government of Myanmar has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ayeyarwady Integrated River Basin Management (AIRBM) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Forecaster Workstations, Printers and Automated Desktop Deployment System (Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning) Ministry of Transport and Communications, Directorate of Water Resources and Improvement of River Systems (DWIR), AIRBM Project, Project Management Unit (PMU) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Forecaster Workstations, Printers and Automated Desktop Deployment System(Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning)).
To be considered eligible and qualified a firm must
a) Have completed within the last 3 years at least two contracts of a similar nature of at least 50% of the value of the bid;
b) Not be under any notice of disbarment issued by the Government, or the World Bank.
c) Have valid company registration certificate;
d) Have been an authorized and certified Enterprise partner member of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier.
e) Have at least one trained certified and qualified technical staff with minimum of two (2) year experience in the OEM equipment categories to be supplied. The Goods will be delivered to Project Sites as indicated in Bidding Document under Section 3.

Bidding will be conducted through the Shopping procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines:
Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 (revised July2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained free of charge by interested eligible bidders from the address above. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before on 8th July 2019 at 14:00 hours. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address above on 8th April 2019 at 14:00 hours. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
